Personal Politickes

I learned to trust
Scraping the ice from my boot heels
Winnowing snow from my bushy hair
Dark paths led me to the guilt house
Where lies were spun into fairy tales

Oh loveliness of surprise!
Thinking your bones were just like mine
Here’s Fuchsia in her broken tower
Her electric skull a shifting paradigm
I am the girl in the blue mirror
The castle’s walls will rise again.

They will rise again indeed. I get that you mean you close your self up from the lies and fantasies and just ee where that takes you.
